Canucks traded Anders Nilsson and Darren Archibald to the Sens for Mike McKenna, Tom Pyatt, and a 6th rd pick

Demko as backup, nice. Another T Pyatt? Does he have dreamy eyes too? lol

I don't understand this trade. Nilsson is a free agent after this year. He's not great, but I was fine with him backing up Markstrom. Archibald was solid in Utica and supposedly a great teammate.

We get a 35 year old goalie, a 4th line plug with 0 goals, and a 6th?

Is this all to have Demko come up to the big club?

Need to figure out a way to trade Schaller.

The trade makes perfect sense, time to bring up Demko… We got a great return for him and Archi

Finland outplayed them by quite a bit. DiPietro was the only reason this was a game.

The Finns played well. Their first goal was a fluke though.
