Tampa is simply an outstanding franchise. Whether you like them or not, you have to admit they have done some impressive work over the last three seasons (and even before that).

I wouldn’t count the Avs out. Should be a battle.

If Tampa is able to exploit Colorado's weaker goaltending, it'll be a shorter series. So far the Avs have been able to overcome this issue with their high power offense and defense. Either way, I think it's going to be an entertaining finals!

I'm leaning toward Tampa because of the goaltending.

I saw a lot of chatter about trading Miller for a few pieces from the rangers young players but am I the only one that doesn’t find them THAT good? They remind me of Jesse pool party on edm. High draft picks, high potential, show glimpses of talent, but just can’t take that next step beyond a 2nd/3rd liner?

If it's NYR, Laf would have to be the starting point. We're trading a 100 point player at 2.5mil (half retained to sweeten the pot supposedly). Their cap looks pretty fucked for many years to come, so getting someone like JT for a year might be their all in move.
