Edmonton definitely has the better goalie, by far. They just need to get some chances

If you can just propel the puck across the line and that doesn’t count as control, every skill player is going to do that entering the zone in full flight “just in case” from now on

Yanno what, this is sort of their trend this playoffs. Lose the 1st game then regroup to win the series, happened with Kings and Flames as well.

Not sure what it'll take for the Avs to get a penalty.. Seeing lots of very obvious hooks and holds that get called even in the playoffs

Might take a blatant high stick or boarding.. Injury related penalties rather than interference related

Time for that cliche ... doesn't matter if you lose by 1 goal or 10 goals .. a loss is a loss ... just move on.

oilers being punished because of flames disallowed goal even though it wasn't their fault.

The stats don’t really tell the whole story in this game though. Smitty made lots of big saves. Oilers were a fucking joke in front of him.

The Oilers are pretty bad in the neutral zone too. -so many puck turnovers in that zone tonight
