Rangers were up by 2, but the entire 3rd period was basically played like a Panthers power play. 94 shot attempts compared to 34, and 2 goals later we're going to OT again Shesterkin is giving them a chance to still win this game, showing how important it is to have a top level goalie in the playoffs. |
I knew it! KEKW Rangers score a softy in OT EleGiggle |
curious how that elbow by trouba wasn't a 5 min major. full chicken wing and contact made entirely with the head. |

Would be in his best interest too to take a bridge deal to show that he's actually worth $8m if Canucks don't end up trading his rights or get offer sheeted |

I think he can file for arbitration. He probably will get $7M+ for one year. Then walk himself to UFA next year and a team can sign him for $8m+. I mean people said Bo Horvat was not worth it, but the isles sign him for $8.5M. |

Islanders GM publicly stated that he himself thinks it's too much term and money but that's the world we live in now for contracts lol. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. If we bridge Hronek for a year or two for a lesser number I think it would be acceptable. He still has a lot to prove in terms of consistency. If he's dead set on $8M+ with term the Canucks are better off trading him than anchoring the team with a risky contract. |
Hmm. Big Z wants big money. -not surprised that he turned down the Canucks initial offer: According to Irfaan Gaffar, the Vancouver Canucks offered Nikita Zadorov a four or five-year contract with an average annual value of $4.5 million, but it was turned down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
That is the problem when a team has success, all these players trying to land their big payday. I would rather the team not screw themselves over long term by committing $$$ to all these players. |
In the regular season, I thought Zadorov was good, but nothing special. However, I think he's the type of player that you need to succeed in the playoffs. A big body that can be physical, score some big goals, etc. Sample size is small for his playoff performance, but I would like him to return as long as the contract is reasonable. |
The Official 2023/2024 Canucks & NHL Thread Wow, Robertson with a hat trick. A comeback win for the Stars. Robertson’s best game so far in the playoffs. Skinner let in a couple of soft goals haha. -lousy coverage of the net post from Skinner. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
^ do the Pickard exchange, back to Skinner trick again? |
16 minutes without a shot with 2 of the 3 best players hehe |

Imagine paying 9.25m a year for a defenseman that through 15 games is -12 and only has 2 assists LUL LUL LUL |
robertsons 3rd goal last night was something you don't see every day. find a spot that the goalie has covered and then find the tiniest crack and ram it in there as hard as you can. really cool goal tbh |
Yah he made a little move like he was going to go behind the net and waited for Skinner to start pushing off and open up the back of his knee from the post... rammed it home |

Don't think this will end well, give him 12-18 months. So it's Dan Bylsma ... recycling old coaches. Good for Canucks cuz they play them what, 4x a year. https://www.tsn.ca/nhl/seattle-krake...oach-1.2127050 |
It was nice knowing you Big Z |
