i spent the whole day deep diving into backpacks and ive narrowed it down to the thule all trail or the yeti ranchero https://www.thule.com/-/p/E0T0GrSUNi...58/1417158.png https://www.thule.com/-/p/Br4nvX8LXy...60/1417160.png https://yeti-webmedia.imgix.net/m/64...ss&w=846&h=846 https://yeti-webmedia.imgix.net/asse...ss&w=846&h=846 |
bro this looks very white... like plz kill me and take all my shit kind of white. all you need to do is wear an Artryex shell and it'll be the most tourist thing ever. |
I thought it was Herschel or go home? So far, no one brought that brand up. |
we're not in high school anymore :awwyeah: |
https://www.nytimes.com/wirecutter/r...n-travel-bags/ The Cotopaxi bags seem to get great reviews but I can't get over their garish colours. They do seem super practical and usable in the city and for travel. I'm using a cheapass 40L bag of Amazon since I don't need it more than once a year anymore but I needed a frequent use 40L bag I'd probably go with the Cole-Haan 72 hour backpack (https://www.colehaan.com/72-hour-backpack/F12316.html). It's not the most practical but it's well built and I think it's a pretty attractive bag. The outlet store sometimes has it for 50%. |
ya those alpaca packs are ugly, but they do come in black. the cole haan are too stylish and not enough practicality for me, not even at 50% off. |
what about tumi? check out the outlet in YVR |
waah so expensive!!! this one is nice though. https://ca.tumi.com/en/p/detrick-backpack-01541211041/ |
oh briggs & riley is good too, lifetime warranty. Cheaper than tumi |
are you guys effin crazy ... $700 to > $1000 for a backpack ??!! if you buy one, you have lost your right to go ballistic on your lady for a $2000 purse. |

Like those dudes with a “tactical wallet” lol |
Nothing is stylish about a backpack, a grown man shouldn’t be wearing one outside of traveling or school |
I used to wear one to work every day with my work laptop on the Canada Line… and not be one of those dicks that doesn’t take it off on a crowded train either!!! |

Up until I couple years ago I was committed to my Porter messenger bag for commuting, but it did a number on my shoulder. Switched to a Timbuk2 and it changed my life lol. |

That being said, I wouldn't mind looking into a water resistant/water proof backpack that is travel friendly. |

Exactly. Wear your Dora the explorer backup and Costco hoodie. Dats a real man. |
