I have been seeing a lot of these lately here in the GTA. About a 5 minute drive from my place is a commercial area with supermarkets, medical services, liquor store, restaurants etc. A lot of seniors show up on these and just dump / park their scooters anywhere like they own the parking lots and plazas.
