it just about winter time danno.. But yes the car looks way better!

girlcrazy_420 09-05-2007 07:33 PM

Swapped out the old and put in all new coolant.

fiyota 09-06-2007 01:46 AM

hooked my horn button up! (finally!) can't believe I drove around in kelowna traffic without one for a year... and installed new hella horns... oh and painted my steering column black while it was all apart :)

girlcrazy_420 09-06-2007 07:26 AM

Those the horns from Princess Auto? How do they sound

007WRX 09-06-2007 11:06 AM

If they arn't super tones, forget it.

fiyota 09-06-2007 01:14 PM

No they aren't super tones. Just basic Hella Low-tone 109db horns from princess... much louder than the wimpy stock horns that come on the supra.. and they were only 5 bucks.

How much are the super tones?

007WRX 09-06-2007 01:24 PM

Cant put a price on deafening people.

fiyota 09-06-2007 02:22 PM

lmao.. I just checked out the some supertones on youtube.. damn, they sound great! I'll have to get me some. We should start up a group buy!

Just Finished Installing the Cold Air Intake on the Mitsu. Ended up being a bit more work than expected but it sounds absolutly killer,

Car sounds much meaner also definatly noticed a slight increase in throttle response and a little more on the low end. Very Pleased with the Purchase... thank you ebay!

Are bseries differentials interchangeable? Any benefit with a gsr diff over the ls?

girlcrazy_420 09-10-2007 05:39 PM

Had my car fully detailed except seats. Oh wait... I work at a detail shop :)

It depends. some are, some are not. GSR and LS diff should be basically the same but I don't think those two are interchangeable

netfreak 09-10-2007 08:07 PM

swapped plug wires, then noticed my o2 sensor is broken in half. haha no wonder it was throwing a code. good thing i have a spare

my next mod is a partial intake mod.. supplies from canadian tire included a small plastic waste basket.. :D

underscore 09-10-2007 08:56 PM

^ lets see pictures!

new foglights bulbs, since driving with only one is ugly and having the headlights up kills too many bugs. noticed how horribly out o alignment the headlights are with the fogs off at night. eeep.

netfreak 09-10-2007 11:39 PM

my idea may already be flawed due to engine bay heat but i'll try it anyway. on a side note, i conveniently melted two of the new spark plug wires at the opposite end of town from where i live. had to get a ride to my house and back with two of the older cables. goddamn.....

netfreak 09-12-2007 02:16 PM

Removed some pieces of the A.I.R. system aka C.R.A.P. system which really just puts metal tubes in very inconvenient places in the engine bay. I can almost reach my spark plugs now.

ColinK 09-12-2007 02:52 PM

what are you driving now?

netfreak 09-12-2007 03:11 PM

Firebird
