yeah i started looking around for it as well and found it on RFD. got my sister to go out and switch to it.

Managed to get set up on this tonight. For only $1 more than what I pay now on rogers it was worth it.

Does it include the 1000 minutes Long distance to places like HK?

It does include 1000 minutes to certain countries - China was one of them
This is what I was told, can someone else confirm?

How did you do it? What did you say? These guys wouldn't budge when I called and said my current plan is actually better than what they have on the market even though it's a bit more expensive

I called their 1-888 number and told them I wanted to sign up for the $60/6gb plan. Is your current plan actually better? I find it odd that they wouldn't let you sign up :/

This is what I find weird. Rogers pulled a quick one on me and changed my plan (after contract expired) and there was nothing I could do about it other than read my email in anger that my plan would be raised $5/month.

Supposedly the "change" was because the corporate plan I was on is "no longer offered". I call bullshit because my other family members are still on it.

Anyway, doesn't Fido still operate as it's own company, but they just piggyback on rogers towers?

1000 minutes per month

My current plan right now is a plan from 2012 which is 6 gb for $65. It includes mostly everything except caller ID, voicemail etc so I had to add a $16 value pack on top.

fuck...my corp plan expired this month

i have a feeling they'll pull that on me in the next few billing cycles

glad i've got an unlocked phone though...i've got no obligation to stay with them if they pull that shit on me and will pretty much leave for the next best plan.

Yeah that's the weird thing, not everyone gets bumped up.
Like I mentioned my family is still on the $50 plan and never received notification that their plan was going to cost more

Anyone have any current updates or deals they know of. Desperately need a new plan and phone. Getting raped by Rogers for over $100 a month with 6g data. I thought my bill would go down a bit after my contract expired and I wasn't paying for the phone anymore, but it's stayed the same over $100 a month.

ROGERS entire Canadian cellular network is DOWN... been down now for 45mins... and counting...
