Wanted a note 4 so I called in to see what they can do. $95, 6gb, unlimited canada wide calling, text, caller id, voicemail, etc etc. Note 4 will be $299 - $50 credit. To keep my 6gb super plan at $67, Note 4 will be $499. My buddy with Bell got the same $95 plan for $75 and they gave him note 4 for $149. He only been with Bell for 2 years whereas I've been with Rogers for 7 years. The pissing part, Bell called my buddy and gave him the offer. He wasn't even looking to change his phone or plan and he was paying $70 for 1gb, 500 minutes, etc. Fuck Rogers. |
Did you deal with retentions or their frontline people? Through retentions my wife and I got: 2 phone lines for $135/month 4gb data shared, unlimited talk text blah blah 64gb s6 for $199 32gb s6 for $159 |

I'm currently on a $60 6gb superplan... I wanted a hardware upgrade, and figured the $74 share everything plan that you posted would qualify, but no luck, they would not give it to me. |

ive got a $75 6gb unltd call/text/ld plan on rogers 9 mos left on it. im taking over a friends plan. is it worthwhile to try and sell my plan? what is it worth? |
Question for you guys: Currently on a corporate plan via my previous employer plan is: 500 min call id/vm 6gb data free after 6pm all included for 60$ with tax Question is, my contract is over, and i'm just doing month to month. I asked what my options are for different phones, and they said i can definitely do the hardware upgrade. However, they are asking me to re-do the verfication process for my previous employer. Option 1: Is it better for me to just keep paying month to month, and not get hardware upgrade to save my corporate plan? o or Option 2: Do hardware upgrade, and tell them i don't work there anymore, and try to renegotiate a better plan via retention? (been with Robbers for more than 12 years) |
^ Option 1! You're 12 years with Rogers means nothing to them. |
[Rogers] Samsung S6 $99 on Smart Picks Plan - Page 3 - RedFlagDeals.com Forums $98 for S6 for people on smart picks. 6GB grandfather is smart picks. edit - yeah ignore this. apparently the op got lucky at a walmart rogers. |
Nowhere on that thread has it been confirmed that grandfathered 6gb plans are eligible for this upgrade. I've been shot down more than once whenever inquiring about extending my contract. |
My wife's company have a new corporate rep and she is only offering 20% off from the share plans. Which is a huge increase over the current plans we are getting. She said because there are so many different corporate plans Rogers is trying to shrink it and have a common plan. Is this true? Or is she trying to rack up her commission? I'm up for a hardware upgrade but don't want to loose my 6gb data and almost unlimited everything for their new shitty plan. |
