LV graphite
I dont want the jeans to ruin a $500 belt lol | what are you talking about, the tan inner part? if you don't want it to bleed then don't wear it with your raw denim because it's going to bleed. it'll bleed onto your white shoes, your socks if you tuck your jeans in, your white furniture, whatever. however when i got my belt i had no intention of selling it or anything so it didn't matter to me. it isn't really "ruined" by my definition but it could be by your definition. here's a pic of the inner part http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphot...46941280_n.jpg
keep in mind this is after..going on about 3 years of almost daily wear
if you have a different graphite than i do (some have tan insides and some have black) and you have the black one, i don't think you have anything to worry about Quote:

I'd think that the material on the high quality LV belts wouldn't absorb ink that much, because it has some sort of protective layer. I'm not sure if its the same material as some of the monogram side bags, but the material on the monogram side bags are fire-proof and water-proof, so it might also potentially be resistant to raw denim dye. | true to an extent, the outside (the part that shows) is coated with that stuff. my belt still looks brand new from the outside, give or take a few threads. the material on the inner part varies. on mine it's this sorta nubuck suede stuff. i've seen leather insides too |
