It HAS to be a after market turbo upgrade..NO the fc isnt bad for over heating thats the fd u r thinking of..Also timpo new apex seals dont make the car any faster :) Also japan parts dont make the car any faster :)..he probably has a bridge port on it though..Im not doubting his car has that much hp i was just wondering what mods he has..

Nashman the 2nd gen rx7's produce like the exact same hp as the supra's staged up grades but we started at less hp and have a lighter car..The 2nd gen CAN get 250hp with just exhuast and intake on a 89-91 rx7 and about 230hp on a 87-88..We started at 186hp and 200hp and the supra starts at what??220 hp??

We got ya beat in the initial mods but in the end u can handle a little more HP..

also BoostNseveN that quote in your sig is also true of domestics :)..Also the cruise would be in victoria and not in vancity..SO what year rx7 do u have??Also does it have the 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder engine??

It better have one to make that power level.Even with a FMIC and 15psi you still can't hit 360.You would need a ftermarket turbo with a street or bridgeport.

stock exhaust on a ported engine?Who ever built the car was a complete idiot.:stupid: Does it have a header at least.A streetported 12a needs a 2.25 to 2.5" exhaust for the porting to have any real effect.The guy might as well left it stock ported with the stock exhaust.You can get a extra 20-27hp just by adding a header,race pipe and exhaust on the 12a engine.

Get an RB header and just lop the exhaust off all together, mufflers are for losers :p

seriously tho, I have two mufflers, one is a rhino that is pretty damn friggin loud, and the other is a "turbo muffler" which is considerably quieter, but, still a lot louder than stock. I can both feel and see (speedo & other cars) the difference between the two, one = fast, other = tollerable. :)

Asked me what?My exhaust can wake up the dead but its all good.:D My power gains with the exhaust alone were huge let alone the header.not having any cats in it helps too.Flames and lots of them.:D
