Don't need too wonder that much, I put my car backwards at about 110-120 midway through an S turn. Had to steer backwards around the second part of the corner. I hate it when you don't see the gravel on an off camber turn...and just happen to be stepping on third gear at 6000 RPM. :crazy:

bah. That pales in comparison to what I just went thru this morning..... SO... I'm in abbotsford at this dental clinic. We always joke about who's going out there to do the service because they have this really cute receptionist... well at anyrate, the whole time she's talking to me today she keeps biting her lip and sorta pulling it to the side. Holy crap that is just insane. wow. At anyrate, by the time I was just about finished she goes "So, is there anything you want from me?" and knods with a stupid grin... me: "Um... no?" ... her: "Oh.... ok.... um.... well! If you decide there's ANYTHING you want from me, I'll be in the backroom K?!".

Oh god! haha, I left, quickly. :p

I'm sure most of it was my mind being hopeful with the situation, but holy crap. ahahah :D

oh baby! So, on my way back to work from my lunch break, I see another 1st gen rex, even the same charcoal colour as mine. Naturally I catch up and start checking it over. It was ONLY a GS (bah) :). It was in alright condition, not as clean as mine but relatively speaking very good. At anyrate, I endup behind him waiting to turn onto 88th and suddenly become aware that there's a white buick something-or-other up front reving at the light. Now, it sounded pretty damn meaty, and the car was rocking over to the side with every blip of the throttle, but I coudln't make out any badging on the rear to identify it other than "buick".

At anyrate, light goes green and we all turn left onto 88th. I passed the 1st gen rex and give them the thumbs up, not everyday you see another one in fair condition. I endup next to the buick at the next red light. There's some traffic ahead so obviously nothings going to happen, but I blip the gas anyways. There are 2 what look to be highschool kids in it, both looking like wanna-Gs. They point and laugh. wtf. I suppose rx-7s have that sorta sound :p and they rev'd back. Oh baby, that sounded very impressive. Light goes green and we just ease off.. I kinda wanna run this and see what it'll do, so I gas it a bit, they do the same, then traffic in that lane clears over so the kid stays on it, I pulled in behind to follow. At the next light there's no traffic, and the lane merges into one ahead. The kid revs again - from a dig eh? sure lets go :) - I rev back.

light goes green but I don't launch, just let the clutch out and mash the gas from idle, they immediatly pull about a car ahead, never phear, powerband approaching rapidly, I catch up so my nose is at their rear bumper at the end of 1st, passenger looking back with big eyes. I pound it into 2nd and lightup the tires - very satisfieing sound, both the driver and passenger look over with big eyes as my little rex jumps up to be nose-and-nose with their big-ol-buick. :D, keep hard on the gas, right in my power range, start pulling ahead, they're at my rear 1/4, shift to 3rd - no chirp, instantly pull another 1/2 car, run out the rest of third and they drop back quickly. I'd say about 7~8 car lengths by the time I went to 4th :D

Accord Goblin a guy is getting my car inspected on friday and when it passes i will be getting $6700 for it :)..That will be a profit of $1200 for having the car for a year and doing nothing to it, man im awesome..

FD one costs $1800+tax Canadian if its Mazda factory...

Actually, my metering oil pump is fine...but Mazda dealership told me that I can't just buy the sensor...
That's why I might have to get metering oil pump and sensor...
