I think even Pyatt lovers are realizing how bad this guy sucks. I think his next move should be Europe because even in the minors he'll be ripped apart.

Yup, one my biggest beefs with Pyatt is he doesn't use his size. He's pretty big and plays like a guy that has the body of Mason Raymond type.

Man Wellwood made all those crazy moves, flips off to Bernier for what is essentially a tap-in and Bernier somehow fugs it up... guy can't buy a goal lately... and Wellwood can't buy an assist LOL... he's either the 3rd guy who doesnt' get one or people fail on his awesome setups. Sucks that he has to play with 2 meatheads.

Here's an interesting thought -> Province article quoted Gillis saying they didn't have the pieces in place to make an offer for Naslund and they are saying Naslund left partly because the pieces weren't in place (ie: a quality centre for him)... I'm thinking Wellwood would have looked pretty good feeding Naslund... he's very Andrew Cassels-like and Naslund always had a hard-on for Cassels.

the guys performing, i think his conditioning in shape should no longer be in question, and if anyone should be in question it should be Pyatt etc. not people are are actually performing for us, i hate it when the radio hosts etc. always keep going on and on about it

actually Bernier makes more than Pyatt i think, but nonetheless, he is a much better player who just needs a bounce to go his way and hell be on track for success. Gotta love his game though. He hits and has shown power, and skill.

Pyatt, is like those orange cones that kids use at the ice rinks. He sure glides well, but he slows you down, has no moves, and is rather useless if you wanna be good.

pyatt is getting paid 1.575 a year and bernier is 2.6

edit: now now, don't compare Burrows in a situation like this. The only reason he's getting paid so little is because he wasn't as established as he is now when he signed his contract. I do wonder what the price tag will be when we re-sign him.

Like mentioned before, I think it's safe to say that Burrows will be a $1.5+ million dollar player come next season and he rightfully deserves every dollar of his new contract.
