SO streak is over!!

!Nhan 11-12-2008 08:02 PM

channelsurfing seems to be the best. i installed that silverlight crap and it made the quatliy of the video shittier and it loaded alot slower.

the only complaint i have about channelsurfing is the fact that i can't maximize the video

Armind 11-12-2008 08:02 PM

So sad.. but hopefully we win tonight's game. That's what matter most right now :)

k3lv 11-12-2008 08:08 PM

man wellwood has really soft hands you can see with that last pass after the canucks pp ended he just skips that puck over, too bad he passed it to a pylon.

AzNightmare 11-12-2008 08:10 PM

damn man, every goalie is playing like a superstar against the Canucks.

Tim Budong 11-12-2008 08:11 PM

if the aves win
they deserve it
after budaj completely become MONSTER over raymond and henrik..i think
hahah
MONSTER only cuz its on TSN
hahaha

Razor Ramon HG 11-12-2008 08:11 PM

Henrik sure was mad.

k3lv 11-12-2008 08:13 PM

Bieksa saved a goal, what a defensive play.

AzNightmare 11-12-2008 08:20 PM

Would be much more dramatic if Luongo still had a shutout streak going. 5 on 3 would be so intense.

Damn.. Canucks gotta start making finishes. Doesn't mean anything if they get scoring chances.

Razor Ramon HG 11-12-2008 08:22 PM

Haha, did anyone else laugh when the cam was like zoomed up on Luongo's ass?

6thGear. 11-12-2008 08:32 PM

damn. been awhile since a goaltender dual.

Soundy 11-12-2008 08:44 PM

Fuck Yeah Burrows!!!!

Harvey Specter 11-12-2008 08:47 PM

Had this game won but we blow it in a S/O, fuck.

AzNightmare 11-12-2008 08:47 PM

damn burrows goal was nice. Pyatt shouldn't try dekeing. he's too slow. Should of tried the same move.. lol

Ikkaku 11-12-2008 08:47 PM

oh well, we lost. At least we got a point from it.

Armind 11-12-2008 08:52 PM

A point is always better than nothing!

68style 11-12-2008 08:55 PM

Ugh I know it's a point and we had a good run there etc... but man that loss hurts... gave that game away... some credit to Budaj, but jeebus just LIFT the puck on the one-timers and cross-crease passes... keep slamming them on the ice and making Budaj look good.

MDMA 11-12-2008 09:02 PM

very hurtful loss 2nite :(

nsmb 11-12-2008 09:20 PM

bernier invisible?

syee 11-12-2008 11:07 PM

Too many missed opportunities tonight. Daniel had 2 wide open net chances and failed to capitalize. Bad luck I guess. I think the long break didn't do the Canucks (or the Avs for that matter) any favours. Both teams were pretty sluggish and didn't really have any momentum. Canucks passing was far from crisp and the passes were always going into their skates or behind the player.

Power play again was no good (I guess unless you count the Pyatt penalty shot). Pyatt actually did some good today with the goal, and the big hit he delivered in the 2nd period.

Carol Huynh was also at the game. They did an interview with her and the whole stadium cheered for her which I thought was cool.

At least we left with a point. Budaj played pretty good (esp for the shootout win) but the Canucks didn't really help themselves. Hopefully they'll get their act together for the Toronto game. Toronto has been the surprise of this season for a team that's in rebuild mode so the Canucks better not get too complacent and think they can cruise through that game and get the win.

Harvey Specter 11-12-2008 11:11 PM

Even Ray called out Bernier tonight when he missed the open net.

lacubrious1 11-12-2008 11:47 PM

yeah alot of missed opportunities,
i thought the sedins played really well but just couldn't finish.

they looked really good with wellwood on the PP, they are all great passers but again no finish.

but damn I shouldn't been studying for a midterm but instead i watched the canucks lose, it would have been worth it to see a win tho :)

LsquareD 11-13-2008 12:19 AM

Wellwood made some sweet ass passes

rb 11-13-2008 12:28 AM

I never understood why Wellwood was taken off the Sedin PP unit.

Even though Wellwood isn't that big, I hope they try that line more often. Wellwood deserves better than being on a line with Bernier and Pyatt.

Burrows is the man. That goal was awesome. The guy rarely disappoints.
