Lotsa misses for Kawhi.. he’ll need to finish strong here.

Draymond has a Chris Webber moment. He calls a timeout when GSW has no more timeouts. :lawl:

Ending of basketball games are EXCRUCIATING... What a buzz kill!

How can the refs not know there are no timeouts left? Just ignore him! :seriously:

What a game! Spicy P had a huge game! 26 points. Fred Van Lit scores dagger 3s tonight!

I don't follow NBA at all, but got caught up in Raptors hype. Super exciting! What a great MVP too SeemsGood

hotjoint 06-13-2019 08:25 PM

Congrats to the raps. I'm hurting as a huge warriors fan but I'm happy for Canada!

whitev70r 06-13-2019 08:26 PM

These last 2 games were just amazing no matter who you cheered for! Great show.

Toronto won the war of attrition. Without KD, without Klay ... GSW still competing hard and till the end.

When Thompson went down, at that point, series game over.

We the North!

Feel bad for both KD and Klay, who is now out with a torn acl

HonestTea 06-13-2019 10:13 PM

Part of the journey is the end.

benballer saw the whole thing said it was the Toronto GM lol

pastarocket 06-14-2019 08:06 AM

-happy to see many Raptors players get their first NBA championship and subsequent ring.

Fred Van Vleet was LIT in the Finals. -tough as nails player who shot dagger 3s.
The face of resilience for the Raptors!

Serge Ibaka. Six blocks in one of the Finals game. An NBA record. Serge wins a championship before Westbrook and Harden. :lawl:

Jeremy Lin. Linsanity wins a championship instead of Carmelo. :lawl:
Linsanity is the first Chinese American, Asian American to win an NBA championship.

Pascale Siakam. Spicy P played great in the playoffs. Representing Cameroon/Canada as an NBA champion!

The Pelicans have agreed to a deal to trade Anthony Davis to the Lakers for Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, and three first-round picks – including the No. 4 overall in 2019 Draft

Lakers lost this one IMO

whitev70r 06-15-2019 03:11 PM

^ really? Three first rounds is helluva lot to pay! Good thing about this is LA gets rid of the Ball clan. Daddy Ball be going off on this any minute now.

Now all LA Lakers needs is just one more piece to win it all ...... Kawhi .... haha.

Euro7r 06-15-2019 05:09 PM

Lakers gotta add one more good player, form a big 3 of their own.

I'm happy Lakers got rid of Ball. He's garbage. His dad talks so much about how good he is as though he is supposed to be some MVP player, blah blah blah. Hasn't proven shit in the league.

Yup, way too much for Davis. Good thing they didn't give up Kuzma.

mikemhg 06-16-2019 10:45 AM

I don't think they gave up too much. People said the same about Toronto, and look at them now, they're champs.

Lebron isn't getting any younger and the Lakers only have a few good years of him left, they're going all out for a title and this trade puts them high up there for contention.

They will pay for it in the long term by losing those picks, but in the short-term they will be scary, especially if they add a third piece.

There are quite a few veterans as well that would likely be happy to take cheap contracts to play with Lebron and AD to win a title, that can't be ignored either.

Good move by the Lakers IMHO.
