anyone else notice the man-love SOB was giving raymond after that goal? hah looked a little... yeah.

anyways, i feel bad for hodgson. coming to camp off an injury and not at 100%. it's not like he's using that as an excuse but you can't deny it's played a factor in his performance. maybe he'll get a few NHL games under his belt this year and go harder for it next season.

Don't feel bad for him - it's very rare that a kid that age makes it to the roster right off the hop. Couple years' development in the minors and maybe a couple callups and he'll have lots of time to get healthy and show his stuff. He's got a long career ahead, no point in rushing it.

The problem is that Hodgson cannot go to the Moose because he's too young. The only options are making the big club or going back to Brampton. After last year's season in junior, Hodgson has nothing more to prove at that level.
