horrible tonight, just horrible.

Harvey Specter 03-16-2010 09:46 PM

The thought of Rome and Alberts in the playoffs is frighten.

woob 03-16-2010 09:51 PM

I want OB back....

Not really racist! 03-16-2010 09:53 PM

Alberts.... HORRID, rest of the D as well

Harvey Specter 03-16-2010 10:03 PM

Salo had a pretty awful game as well.

cctw 03-16-2010 10:05 PM

alberts' plus minus must be horrible....the last few games at least one goal in each he's been on the defence and kinda screwed up letting a goal in

It's going to be a massive point festival for the canucks.

7-1 Canucks win.

I love it when people think that we'll cruise by shitty teams when we all know that we always lose to them ;)

Schroeder signs with Canucks, should be joining the Moose soon

Quote:

Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks President and General Manager Mike Gillis announced today that the Canucks have signed their 2009 first round draft selection, centre Jordan Schroeder. In keeping with club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Schroeder, 20, spent the 2009-10 season with University of Minnesota, recording 28 points (9-19-28) in 37 games played. In his freshman season, Schroeder tallied 45 points (13-32-45) in 35 games.

On the international stage, the Prior Lake, Minnesota native has appeared in three World Junior Championships. In 2010, he registered eight points (3-5-8) in seven games as a member of the gold-medal winning Team USA. His 27 career points (20-7-27) at the WJC is the most by an American all-time (Jeremy Roenick previously held the record with 25). He also earned bronze (2008) and silver (2007) medals at the World Junior U18 Championships.

Schroeder was selected by the Vancouver Canucks in the first round, 22nd overall, at the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

:fuuuuu:

Oh well, better to sort these things out now. Just like how it seems we play better when Raycroft's in goal. Maybe the adversity will give the team a little spark.

Just gotta stay near the top for the post season.

Greenstoner 03-17-2010 10:26 AM

Holy GRABNER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wanted to see if he can still contribute after the injury

thats a shitty news to see Sammuelsson off but good news for Grabner to return :D

I guess Burrows back on 1st line and Grabner will be insert into 2nd line with raymond (Demita) and kesler again ???

Damn, i hope grabner also stay when Samulesson is back... we are adding more firing power now

Tegra_Devil 03-17-2010 11:48 AM

hahahah....i think the only time i will cheer for the canucks, will be when they play detroit...i hope you win!

that being said, im sure you guys hope we beat colorado!

Tim Budong 03-17-2010 11:53 AM

Last nite's game is where reality kicks in and the organization realizes that you can only click so long with replacements. The norm has kicked in and this is what our D really looks like without some of the regulars

its proven sports mentality that the replacements will play amazing until it becomes a norm

LsquareD 03-17-2010 02:08 PM

Sammuelsson out for 2-3 weeks with an upper body injury. Shitty..

Pretty excited to see Grabner play though. Hope he does well for us and for himself.

Nah, if it means the flames miss the playoffs it's worth making the race for the division that much harder. Now if someone could guarantee that if the Flames win this one they'll be 2 points out of the playoffs going into the last game of the year I'd say let them win, taking that playoff birth from them would be heaven.

Harvey Specter 03-17-2010 02:47 PM

FUck, that's all the Canucks needed.
