RIM's site was working earlier. I think it's getting hammered. LD stores are getting some stock. I was at the Delta location at around 9PM tonight and they had a couple of 16GB and 32GB units left. |
hey guys quick question i set up blackberry bridge on my phone and pb once u disconnect your phone from your pb is the blackberry bridge icon suppose to stay on the menu bar once disconnected? mine just stays on there with all the apps like bbm, contacts, messages ect...but arent accessible obviously until bridge is enabled.. |

Tried the Coquitlam and Ridge Staples, and they weren't taking anymore pre-orders. Thx for the heads up that you can buy straight from RIM. Still would rather buy locally in case I get a lemon lol Posted via RS Mobile |
^^yeah if u get a lemon just send it back to blackberry but yeah I see what your saying it would be easier just to pick one up at the store and if u had any problems just return it to the store.. |

Loving it so far. Gestures make it oh so simple to navigate. Don't really use apps too much. Most apps can be replaced by a website. The biggest thing is email. If you don't have a bb phone I can see it being irritating to log in/out of your email all the time. I really hope they can bridge whatsapp to the playbook. So annoying when I have to put playbook down when a message is sent to my phone. |
They will never bridge whatsapp to the playbook. They hate 3rd party bbm wannabe, they sued the last guy who developed bbm and then left RIM to make his own app. Posted via RS Mobile |
Damn the only thing i hate about the PB is the tiny ass power button. Does it take a few tries to turn it on for you guys? |
It is a bit annoying usually take me one or two pushes to get it turned on, fat fingers are fat. Posted via RS Mobile |
