Hey any of I guys ordered through the blackberry website ? How long does it take ? I want minenow lol. Also any deals on cases , can't find any sales

well i asked staples and their return policy is 14 days after purchase... anything defected like dead pixels... etc, u can return it.

According to RFD, the employees are taxed on this "benefit" at the end of the year, so you'll probably have to add on ~$40 or 50 to cover your friend's tax.

I read that on their site when I ordered... but what I'm asking, is if anyone has gotten a "your playbook is in the fucking mail" email yet :D Similar to what Amazon does.

I recieved the initial "order confirmation" email, but that's it so far. My order status is 'Recieved', and has been that way since I ordered mine back on the 24th.

Just wondering what everyone else's situation is

I tried calling rim, whole day there line was busy . The only time I got through is when a prompt told me there closed . I ordered mine on the 24 to

Yeah, I have a sinking feeling their site was just raped, when people found out they were selling the playbooks at the sale price. If you get through, let us know how it goes.

Also, my mother in-law was telling me a while back, that if you call a company which has their customer support in a different country (India, where ever), you have a right to ask to be transfered to a rep in Canada. Never tried this out, but maybe now?

well.. employee have to get some sort of benefit rite? i don't know why the general public thinks there will be another price drop on the playbook.. i mean it's selling out already as it is for the 16gb/32gb.. so do they even need to price drop again? i mean.. intel have their employee perks every year.. does that mean we'll see those prices eventually?? nah

been fighting with wifi for days. keeps dropping signal. apparently playbooks dont play well with Dlink routers

seems to be working now. i went into saved networks and clicked the 'hidden ssid' box after deleting the network and rediscovering it. found fix on CB. sofar so good.

just get the convertible flip you can use it as a case/stand and i got it pm for 21bux at futureshop a few days ago ~ not bad price for an oem leather case

I got my playbook in the mail this morning. Plugged it in using the included wall charger, it powered on, setup the wifi and then it says will resume update until battery is at 20%. The damn thing has been plugged in for an hour now and it's still at 0% and wont budge. :yuno:
