I asked a Rep today about that and he said it's being released in November. He then figured out he shouldn't have released that information and said the rogers stores would know more than him.

But to me, that's not a big deal. The phone would come unlocked free of all of AT&T's bloatware. Having tried out their SGS Captivate, I feel really bad for them.

Nexus phones aren't supposed to have any branding or extra software. That's the point of AOSP Google phone.

is it hard to text with the curved screen on the S?

i didnt find the curve any more beneficial than a slab when texting
but its a little more comfy when on the phone

Hmm kinda want... lol.

I thoroughly enjoyed having the curve in my Nexus S. It did feel a lot more comfortable to hold as well as talk on. Texting was the same, no real benefit.

One thing is for sure though, the audio quality on the Nexus S was far superior to that of my SGS2 (and I've owned several of both phones.) I found unanimously that the speakerphone was much clearer and amplified than on the SGS2. Hopefully the Nexus Prime will at least, match that quality.
