Nope. I have pretty fucked up elbows and have trouble doing skull crushers and DB extensions. |

I am all for real food but how the hell do i eat it lol.. what I mean is.. I work generally a 9ish to a 5ish workday.. most days its 9 to around 630ish.. I get home at 7, and hit the gym, I get home at about 830 and have my food.. Then I have a shake before bed.. I eat breakfast in the morning with a shake and have lunch around 1 and then a quick meal/snack at around 4ish.. I can only eat every 3 - 4 hours.. so HOW THE HELL DO YOU EAT MORE.. the nature of my work is that I am in meetings with employees for most of the day.. I am still getting my 250grams of protein a day but it has to be with shakes because I literally dont have time during the day to eat.. On weekends its a different story.. |
try having a massive breakfast that helps a lot if you don't have time to eat during the day. I usually give myself an hour to an hour and a half every morning just trying to consume a little over a thousand calories and around 90 grams of protein lol Posted via RS Mobile |
