Hi guiz Posted via RS Mobile |
Just finished the first week of 531 with the BBB assistance work template. Everything went well except for deadlifts which I might just keep the training max the same and increase everything else a prescribed. I look forward to seeing where my strength goes in the next half year |

Trying out a new routine to change things up. Been doing Layne Norton for over a year. I want to see how my body reacts to high volume lower weights. Most excercises 4x10-15. Monday - Chest/shoulders and low intensity cardio 45min Tues - Off Wed - Legs Thurs - Back Fri - AM HIIT 45min and PM low intensity cardio 45min Sat - Arms and low intensity cardio 45min Sun - Calves/abs and low intensity cardio 45min |
^ how was layne norton for you in terms of strength gains? |
