Any chance you guys can critique my work out schedule? I'm wanting to change it up for the spring. Feel free to let me know if anything is redundant, or if you think i should add certain exercises on specific days. I plan to do my big workouts at night, but would like to do a light workout at home before Work. So don't be afraid to toss suggestions. Spoiler! Posted via RS Mobile |
youre making the classic beginner mistake of doing too many exercises for a single body part youll get more results focusing on 2-4 big lifts |
I disagree. That looks exactly like my splits right now. Almost to a T. I'm on the sauce though so that is going to factor into things. I also work arms 3 times per week trying to catch them up to my huge back and chest ;) lol Should also be noted I'm purely focused on bodybuilding am not concerned with strength at all. |
huge back and chest need pics :troll: Posted via RS Mobile |

Do you guys think there's a difference between a diet induced deficit and a cardio induced deficit? (as long as you hit all of your macros of course) Posted via RS Mobile |

Uhh. It doesn't matte what you do. If you injest less calories in a day then you burn, you will lose weight. But if you are trying to lose weight, don't just diet obviously. Diet AND exercise. Posted via RS Mobile |
