Yeah neutral is great, especially for your shoulders on pushing exercises!

hey not bad, lost 10 lb's so far in 2 weeks on the no carb routine, went from 205 to 195, going to go until next saturday then ive got a few events on that weekend im probably going to break the no carb for, figure three weeks was a good trial period anyways

regarding the no carb diet, i would asume the with the nature of the diet, IE. burning fat for fuel rather than carbs, coming off the diet into moderation of carbs, this isnt the type of diet that as soon as you start eating carbs again your weight just balloons back up like the soup diets etc.? since the fat was burned and carbs reintroduced in moderation weight would be dependant on workout routine and a reasonable diet following?

Went to Golds Gym in Richmond today. Thought I'd try it out since its closer to the one on Lougheed.

Pretty nice facility. New equipment, open space and not too busy. Only problem I had is the fact that weights (dumbbells mainly) were pretty much everywhere. Some decent eye candy for motivation if anyone up for that. They have these cable machines with computers on them. I was going to give it a try but I didn't want to look like a goof trying to figure out how it worked so I stuck it old school with my free weights.

It isn't as simple as "burning fat instead of carbs". The body is much more complex than that, despite what "nutritionists" like to assume.

I'm planning to be the situation for halloween, but I already started my bulk.
I've only gained 5 pounds so far so should I cut down just until the 31st?

SkinnyPupp 10-11-2010 11:12 PM

I just got my BB.com order in and chose the water bottle as my free gift. However, I look at the bottom and it says its the #7 type plastic, which is the type that had the BPA issue.

Does anybody know if the BB.com water bottles are BPA-free?
