i can get up to 105 110 on dunbells sometimes for 6-8 ish i am sitting for barbell |

lol weird. my barbell is much stronger than my dumbell. i can do 1platex35 for 5-6reps, 2 plates for 2-3 reps but for dumbells as soon as i hit 90, my left shoulder starts fucking tweaking out cant balance em properly |

this is the weird thing when u cut, yes u do shrink but u look bigger in the end, the added vascular definition makes u look bigger, i know my arms shrunk when i cut but they are back to normal now, maybe train them more if u are scared |

hey guys any remedies for a sore AC joint? I initially injured it 10 months back or so doing bench press, but I've since completely eliminated BB benching since then (switched to DB presses instead). I initially rested it for about 2.5 months, but still the area felt rather 'tight', so it didn't go away completely. I started working out again (no dips as it strains the area too much) after the initial resting... It doesnt hurt when I lift, but next day it's rather sore/inflamed (my ROM isnt limited by it) I've been doing YTW, face pulls, shoulder dislocations for about a month but they don't seem to be helping that much. Should I go to physio for this? I went to my doctor and he did some basic tests and said I should be fine, it's probably bursitis of some sort... thanks guys |

Come home, shirt's completely soaked, oh yeah! |
im getting massive pain in both forearms on same area.. it happened after doing my 4 days of labour at work which I don't do usually since im a boiler operator. im putting tiger balm on it and taking ibprofen. The pain is overwhelming when I workout and certain exercises agitated it. I had the same issue before and saw the physio which said its strained forearm muscles.. Posted via RS Mobile |

Sometimes what I do when I'm feeling a bit hungry preworkout, I take a big spoonful of organic almond butter and wash it down with 1MR .. I'm guessing the fat in the almond butter slows the absorption of the 1MR and I come home from the gym and am retardedly full of energy and have energy through the workout as well (I guess you could say my energy levels were more linear .. no real crash). If my science is right, peanut butter should have the same effect. Experiment a bit and see what works for you is all I can say. Btw, is it just me or does 1mr tastes nasty as hell after a few days of it. |
