good day today. db shoulder press, seated cable row, bench press, straight arm out front lat pull downs, deadlift, front and lateral raises. most things compound super sets. started running outa gas during deadlifts because i hadnt eaten since lunch and it was 8:30. |
I was pretty happy when I broke over 200lbs. This year my max weight was about ~215lbs and currently hovering around 210. |
finally broke 225.. 227... 13 more pounds to go... The high intensity workouts are the shit and are definitely working , dorian yates is the man! |

I cant remember all the types. but my body type is the 6' skinny guy who has to bust his fucking ass to keep any mass on. but when im skinny im not ripped skinny im soft. |
