Carl is no longer the owner of the Richmond Popeyes.
I use to go to him (along w/ order from bb.com). Carl was GREAT! He knows his stuff, too bad not there anymore. A guy named Thunder (no joke on his name) helped me last time I was at Richmond, good guy, pretty informative, but not as good as Carl.

Yeah, I love the one in Richmond.. I've been going there the last few times I've gone as I find the owner at the Kerrisdale one to be a little arrogant + doesn't offer discounts/perks like the one in Richmond.

800g of superpump250 @ Popeyes=$58 @ bb.com $34...

I cant really do BB as StealthFighter said. Prices in comparison to supplementscanada or svn. Quite often they will pricematch for me if Im buying more than just a tub of something.

JSilver 01-27-2011 10:48 AM

Purchased Power Block Weights w/ 90lbs add-on.

One of the best investments I've made.

Cuz if you were db pressing 85s for shoulders, that would be amazing for your size =)

gdoh 01-27-2011 11:51 AM

^lol i think i did 65s? for dumbells and 135 for military press(the one were u put the bar behind your head) is that any good??

edit: woot 1000 posts

rJZx 01-27-2011 11:52 AM

Doing shoulders today :fullofwin:
Gonna try and do 135 on sitting military press for 6 :)

sonick 01-27-2011 11:52 AM

Military press should be done from in front of your head/neck, not behind. Behind puts a lot of stress on your rotator cuffs.

rJZx 01-27-2011 11:54 AM

^Same can be said for doing pullups/pulldowns behind your neck... depends on form, if you cant get the form down perfectly dont risk doing those exercises.... but if you can do it with perfect form then go for it, behind the neck military presses hit the middle head more :D

Not really, since with pulldowns/pull ups there is no weight load placed on the shoulder joint. There are no problems with that.

rJZx 01-27-2011 12:00 PM

You know what i meant
behind the neck pullups/pulldowns can place stress on your neck/spine depending on form... thats why i was comparing the two.
