milk chocolate myofusion gave me farts and it was way too chocolaty for me. i had to mix it 1 scoop with 1 scoop no flavor costco isolate to be able to drink it

This, I've been doing chest + biceps & triceps + shoulders for quite some time now, just recently switched to a new program/routine. Hopefully I see some more progress

what did you switch to? i just started this routine of chest +bi and shoulder +tri a couple of weeks ago.

You can always order from trueprotein.com it'll be cheaper than buying it from canadian sources.

My shoulder never seem to get in as much pain as my other body parts. Even after a heavy workout still nothing. I only feel it in my trap but that's it. Can anyone explain this? Lol.

what do you do for shoulders? squats require external shoulder rotation flexibilty(behind neck bar placement). shoulder press if done right, shouldnt stress the rotator cuffs too much.

about time to start 70lb's on DB shoulder press.. next week ill give it a shot, should get out 5 reps.. but my barbell shoulder press is still lacking.. gonna also try ATG squats next week, dont feel safe doing regular squats with high weight cuz if I go below parallel i wont be able to get up with 275lbs haha

I couldn't do squats because my shoulders couldn't stretch over to reach the bar.
For shoulders today I did DB shoulder presses, barbell military press, upright rows, lateral raises, and front raises.

fuck just did 110lb dumbells for flat bench today 6 reps not bad could barely do 100s last month

Anyone here from misc at bodybuilding forums? Its pretty amusing there. I'm thinking about getting the
misc shirt. 5 shirts = free shipping. I doubt theres more than 3 people here that go on misc though.
