I buy chicken thighs from Superstore all the time. $5.00/kg. I used to get them from Costco but their prices when up. The irrational fear of buying chicken from Superstore sounds bizarre to me. Fraser Meat Shop has pre-marinated chicken legs, thighs, and breasts for under $5/kg, IIRC. They also have non-marinated meats too. Can't remember the prices but it's pretty fair. Be forewarned though, if you have irrational fears of either EIs or spicy food, I don't think it's for you. I used to go there all the time, and have tried every marinated chicken they had. It's quite delicious. |

After reading those overdued meat/seafood from superstore I found on news, it got me paranoid only for that company... So i decided to switch to costco until i can't finish the box of the chicken. |
Oh, I see. Well, allow me to be your guinea pig. I've been eating Superstore chicken from the Marine Dr. location for the last 5-6 months on and off. I mainly buy it during the evening, but I've also on occasion bought it during some afternoons as well. All on various days of the week. I'm still alive. :) No irregular bowel movements/oddities besides the times I reheat the already cooked chicken improperly with the microwave. |
i dont eat as much meat as i use to, as per when i was bulking. but i will go to costco and buy some chicken thighs that will last me a while or i will buy a roast and some steaks, shop around for meat to find the best deal tuna with salads is great for a snack, sprinkled with some wal nuts or sunflower seeds its great |
if you look at kids these days and the parents shopping and buying all these organic and smart food choices, those are the kids that are fucked up and always sick, i was raised of ground beef and whole foods when i was a kid, i never get sick eating anything. Kids are always getting sick and there parents have them eating the most fucked up shit out there. Maybe i just got lucky, thanks mom and dad |

hack squats are great, but cannot replace normal squats |
I love Hack Squats but I have major grip problems doing them. Can't do combined grip like you can with deads, so I can't add enough weight to make them worthwhile. Might try with straps |

I have a new found respect for all you guys working fulltime who still find time for the gym. Struggling to get workouts in everyday and they're sucking hard, not pushing myself. I've let myself become weak. I have a confession to make, I've skipped legs for 9 days now because I'm too damn tired after work :cry: I am weak. Time to get focused and get some results :accepted: |
