I use Kaizen choco whey isolate from costco, lets just say once I put a banana into my shake I always have to put one in now

my post workout shake is:

1.5 scoop Kaizen choco whey isolate from costco
1 scoop creatine
1 cup home made frozen peaches in pineapple juice
.5 cup frozen berries
half a can of coconut milk
1.5 cup milk


*freeze the peaches into ziplock bags laying flat. its real easy to just open the bag and break off as much as you need for your shake and throw it in the blender. if they freeze in a ball its impossible.

just hit a new high for my flat dumbbell press today 50 lbs 3 sets of 9 with spot on the last 1-2 reps, i know it doesnt sound like a whole lot but i was doing 20 in oct 2010 and im 15 yrs old so im proud :)

take a seat and look how i am working out, maybe start doing singles to you max then a couple sets at a good weight for some high reps

squat has gone from 225 to 275lbs in the last 2 week since i stopped being a huge pussy with squats.


goal for summer: total 1045 for sets of 5 (not 1 rep max) of all 3. 305 bench, 315 squat, 425 DL. @195lbs bodyweight
currently 275 bench, 275 squat, 365 DL. @ 189lbs bodyweight
