1250 calories, 1000 coming from corn starch. You're not gonna get much from that except a lot of gas, irritable bowel syndrome, and type 2 diabetes.

i told them to put all your samples in my order :troll:

You should have your supplements shipped to Point Roberts or Blaine instead to avoid dealing with Canada Post. I placed an order through BB.com this morning at 7am, was shipped out of Idaho by 10am and is expected to arrive on Wednesday. If I had it shipped to Canada it would have taken about two weeks and shipping would have cost two-three times more. When did you place your order?

Anyone know where to get a decent pull up bar? Thanks in advance.

Shades 03-07-2011 08:51 PM

I am a dancer and I train everyday. If my goal is to maintain shape do you think doing HIIT running 15 min a day is enough? Ideally, I would like to lose weight(fat and muscle) but I know that would take more work.

What other exercises do you think I should be doing?

Thank you in advance.

strykn 03-07-2011 09:05 PM

regular shoulder routine today, standing mil press instead of seated . and 10 sets of powershrugs for traps. fucking money money money

SkinnyPupp 03-07-2011 10:26 PM

After a month off due to illness, I am heading back today, starting my cut. Will be doing TBT 3 times a week, alternating between heavy, medium, and light loads. Also doing HIIT. After 12 weeks or so of this I'll do a 1 month velocity (like) diet.

Wish me luck!

Sportschek back when I used to work had the clip on style that hang on with your body weight for $40. On staff I believe they're in the $24 range.

gdoh 03-08-2011 07:30 AM

need some suggestions... if you had only 2 days to workout at the gym which excersises would you do most?? or should i just do a half and half thing?? i also train 5 days which is full body workout.

JSilver 03-08-2011 08:58 AM

Two days a week to lift? I'd say stick with all compound exercises imo. Squats, Deads, Bench, Rows, etc.

RRxtar 03-08-2011 09:32 AM

what are the 2 days? if its monday/thursday or something with a good split like that you can hit each muscle group twice

i would do:

monday:
dumbell shoulder press
squats
seated row
bench press
wide grip pulldowns/pullups
finish off with some core or some crap like shrugs or flies or something that fits your fancy

thursday:
dumbell bench press
seated row
military press
wide grip pulldowns/pullups
deadlifts
finish off with some arms

gdoh 03-08-2011 09:40 AM

thanks, yea the split is wed,sat

That product is not great. Since you bought it already use a scoop of that and add a scoop of protein to it to make the best of the situation.

Think I saw them at walmart couple weeks ago. It's the detachable door frame type so it's not an eyesore when not in use.

Well, HIIT would meet your goal if you reduce your calories, especially carbs since you want to lose fat and muscle.

Others made good suggestions. You can also do a 'push' and a 'pull' day if you get enough leg training on the other days.

a lot of people don't work out their core because "deads and squats are enough", but working out your core really helps in improving your deads and squats. Which is obvious, stronger core = more stability for those lifts
