carbing up once a week tottaly did not work for me. I carb up twice now wed/sunday and getting leaner. Carb up days are like 300carbs "low carb" days for me are 120g. I know thats not low at all in some peoples books but the brain needs 120g of carbs in a day. Still do need to make $$$$ during the way which requires some brain power lol.

uhhh usually i just warm up on something like flys or light incline bench, then for bench i just do like sets of 10's then get up to 3 plates

store bought weight gainers are for weenies
600 ml 2% milk
400 Ml coconut milk
3 scoops of protein
250ml of oatmeal
3/4 cup of frozen fruit
1850 calories, 156 proteins
metric shit tonne of good fat, some good carbs, tastes great and lots of protein

split that into 2, drink one after gym, one with breakfast
fuck yeah

off days I'm doing 30 mins of HIIT and after workouts I do 1 hr steady paced (heart rate @ 130-135)

my split is 2 days on 1 day off right now

i went at 9, there was a lot of cars in the lot, but didn't seem like that many people. i was able to get a squat rack right away after stretching.

I had an order take over 3 months to get here... They refunded the order (minus shipping, those cunts) but then the order came right after :fullofwin:

Hey Guys, I'm starting to get stretch marks around my shoulder-chest area and bicep-forearm area. Any tips on preventing further stretching or hiding it?

I've tried coco butter but it has not worked for me. And don't go fake-and-bake, not a fan of UV zapping.

Or maybe im getting too big.......

How long have you used cocoa butter for?
Try vitamin E oil and more fatty acids/fish oils (help rebuild cell walls).

Anyone got any tips on how to even out your arms? I've noticed lately my right being a lot bigger than my left, overall

I was thinking of doing preacher curls and maybe adding 2.5lbs more on the left side?

means your getting big too fast, i tried everything can't stop mine but i dont get the blueish ones anymore just the white ones :(
