i am surprised i never got stretch marks really, i have taken a ton of fish oil over the years so i have pretty good skin.

Current gym sessions are kicking ass, my yesterday chest workout was great, i have been doing lots of drop sets and high rep lots of volume, i love the soreness after those workouts.

Try vitamin E oil and more fatty acids/fish oils (help rebuild cell walls).

And for fish oils I ingest about 4000mg EPA a day, don't know what that is in "fish oil" mg's.

anyone see those little kids at SC last night that were were crowding around 2 bench's just hanging out while 1 person was working out at a time? at least 7 of them there. i never understand why people go to the gym to hang out

What time. I was there at 7-8 at the squat rack(bicep curls).

hmm may have found out what was partially to blame for lack of weight loss during low carbing

Same here. I was only given 2 options when I checked out. Canada Post and UPS Express. Choose CP like I always do but today I received an email saying my package sent via DHL.

Do they have retarded brokerage fee like UPS? Probably will get taxed too :(.

I know dude I feel exactly the same way , I am fucking choked... I thought they would send USPS like always no brokerage fees or nothing - i have bad experiences with DHL with hella delayed packages and like $20 brokerage fee............. :devil:

For all you guys that think they shipped DHL, i contacted them "bodybuilding" and they said they are shipping with Canada post, i almost killed myself when they said dhl on the invoice but i think there is a problem with there invoicing, give them a email and see, so far mine has been shipped Canada post

Nobody likes brown guys at their gym, even brown guys. I always feel like I'm being watched and sized up .. and undressed by their eyes ... so I flex, just incase they are undressing me with their eyes (i usually wear a hoodie). :fullofwin:
