greens+ is fantastic. i need to get on that shit again.

JSilver 11-06-2011 08:36 AM

I'm currently taking MP Armor-V. Not quite sure if its comparable to Greens+ as I've never taken them. Although I can tell you with Armor-V that my piss looks almost nuclear green when I pop these pills. Lol.

Started taking ZMA again, why did I even stop! Addicted to them once again.

guillotine press no doubt, just don't go heavy or else you'll guillotine yourself

And how much were you squatting/deadlifting prior to using the belt?

the swole after a back workout is fucking sick

Excelsis 11-06-2011 09:43 PM

it depends how much weight you put on.. go with around 1/3 of the weight you usually do flat bench and you won't hurt yourself, never had any problems with my rotarors but you should probably do some extra exercises for those since they help you a lot for your bench press technique anyways

LC21 11-06-2011 10:04 PM

^ raw powerlifter, respects.

Hate seeing people with gear with moderate weight

Anyone got any good chest exercises that you don't normally see people doing? I'm bored of the usual dumbbell and bar presses, flys, etc. Need something new that will kick my ass.

Berzerker 11-07-2011 10:52 AM

I've been doing this my last few weeks and really feeling it. I set up an adjustable bench in the cable machine. I start at a high incline and do 5 sets of cable fly's but I lower the bench one notch after each set until I'm at a flat bench for the last set. Great pump and def. swoll goin' on.

Berz out.

Board Press; alternative, Smith Machine with low pegs. 5 sets 3-5 reps, heavy.

JDął 11-07-2011 11:21 AM

I'll give those a shot tonight, thanks guys. I like cable fly's, and people look at me like a freak when I do them standing up. Never thought of doing them with a bench, sounds awesome.
