No Skinny up north is where my Ex ran off with my kid to. So I'm working a shitty job slaving away with minimal income fighting for my rights as a father. It's been a pretty rough year but all in all Olivia makes it worth every second.

The DBs at the Oval are different than what I'm used to. The DBs I used to use, like for instance the 70lbs DB, actually looked like 70 lbs, and were longer in length. At the Oval, the 70 lb is a lot shorter, and looks like what a 45 DB would look like. Some people may understand this; having a longer DB works better IMO. When the DB is resting on your thigh before your set, your hands are higher up, which means your arms don't have to lift the DB as much as you sit back. Your legs don't have to travel as much to help you get the DB in the air either.

which set you using? the plated ones or the one piece fat grip ones (by the leg press, whatever u call those)? since oval has both

i like the fat grip ones for presses, since its flat, some of the plated DB's are so loose like they gonna come off soon

Back is jacked today. :megusta: Dead lifts followed by smith machine rows, then some db rows followed by pull downs wide grip and close grip.

God, there's these 2 dudes at my gym that load up the row smith machines with like 5 plates each arm. Then the dude proceeds to do his set, but only has about 1/8 ROM, and his form is TERRIBLE. He basically has to use his entire body to row instead of concentrating on actually using the target muscles to do the work. AND he has 2 guys pushing with him while doing it.

See that all the time, it's funny cause I do like 2-4 plates on that and they look at me like wtf why is he only doing 2 plates not 5 like us

hey guys, i had this pain for a quite a while now and i usually get it when i'm sore or sitting in a spot for too long, and it's kind of a stinging pain.. I don't know what i did that it started to hurt, and usually if i get a massage or something it goes away but whenever i'm sore i get it
