I'm sure most of the guys in the gym would be giving me evil eyes if I took all the 25's Lol.

i think the figure that's most toward the right is more correct since when you're going heavy your back will have a tendency to round for the other two positions, or at least for me

you have to find that sweet spot where you're using your hamstrings, glutes, and lower back together to pull the weight back and not rely just on your back or just on your legs to get it up... i usually have it around at a 20 degree bend in my knees

I believe that illustration is to demonstrate proper position for different body types.

Here you go:

At some point though, you won't see any improvement in range of motion from just stretching because of tight knotted scar tissues. This is the reason for form rolling, massage therapy, or active release therapy.

hey jim how long do you stay alert from ammonia caps, i wondered if i could use them for competition as well since they're not prohibited

hal0g0dv2 01-24-2012 08:18 PM

oh just a heads up guys, peanut butter is going to go up in price like allot, i bought 12 Adams 1kg just in case it actually does

AAnthony 01-24-2012 08:21 PM

wait, you're not allowed to machine wash the old blender bottles??
I've only had mine for 2 weeks, but I find I can't get the smell of my "amino energy" out of it if I hand wash.
I don't know why they changed it, the current ones so easy and simplistic .... If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!

apparently they did not plant enough peanuts in the states

hal0g0dv2 01-24-2012 08:27 PM

This past summer's hot, dry weather devastated the Runner peanut crop, the variety most commonly used in making peanut butter, causing prices of raw peanuts to soar. This will push up the retail price for peanut butter by more that 25 percent on most major brands.

this is what I use for a shaker bottle. It's my personal favourite by far. Multifunctional
