So today did chest/triceps Previous workout on incline press I pushed 55 x 8, today I did 60 x 6. Bench press up to 165 x 5. I originally posted in the BB club that I'm still at 148 but I just checked 10 minutes ago... 150 lbs now! Also starting GOMAD (have drank half a gallon so far today), I've added an extra meal at 9:00 PM everyday and I think it's starting to catch up. (Rice + steak) with protein shake and milk before bed. |

1 set of 3 reps squats with 315 lbs. 5 sets of 10 reps squats with 225lbs. 5 drop sets of lunges with 65lb DBs and then 30 lbs. 3 sets of drop set leg dresses (last one to failure) 5 sets of calf raises with 280 lbs. My legs will be fucked tomorrow. |
finally did DL's at the end of the workout since I had time. I havent done them for like a month? + 135 x 10 155 x 6 185 x 2 not the numbers you guys are posting :badpokerface: but Im satisfy with it so far |

I saw some pretty funny shit at SC today. There was a guy who waited 15 mins for a rack to do curls. He struggled with just the bar, then he started humping the bar up with 10lbs on each side :fuckthatshit: Probably goes home and wonders why hes still 110 lbs lolol Then there was a guy who did the most atrocious deadlift with 65lbs ... and he was a pretty big dude not a noob. :fulloffuck: So many johnny upperbodies at SC lol. Does anyone got any suggestions for me on my rackpull? If i set it too low I can't get my knees into the right position which makes me in an awkward position for lift off. If I set the bar one notch higher its just at the top of my knee, so my knee position is great but I get a crappy ROM. On the lower setting its just below my knee, on the higher setting its at the top part of my knee. Thoughts? :okay: |

Question for you guys. I'm 5'5 and 150lbs. Started going to the gym for past 3 months. Doing both cardio and weight training 3 times a week. I've lost inches in my waist but my body weight is still the same. Most articles I read say that I should weigh 140-145lbs. Diet is the same as before I started at the gym. Just not sure why I can't lose the weight. |
Are you training to get bigger and stronger? If so, fuck the articles. At 150lb, your focus shouldn't even be towards losing weight. |
