no preworkout jsut beta alanine and some creatine in the morning, one of my best workouts of the week! + 30 min cardio... was arms day Dr.Swole ova here

NEWB HERE! hey guys thought i introduce myself after I've been creeping this thread for a year ahah
My names chris I'm 18 years old i live in Port Moody (i know it says maple ridge on my thing been meaning to change that) and I've been going to the gym for about a year and six months all started in my grade 12 year (yea know grad and shit) i was 6'2 and 196 I played ice hockey like 2 times a week and that was my only workout and i had a shitty diet i had pinner arms and stomach no chest no back looked like a pear to say the least ahah
at the end of my grade 12 year (june 2011) i went from size 34 jeans to 32 and my shirts went from L to M right now i am currently 176 and Lost all of the unnecessary and unwanted fat and replaced it with muscle i knew i could achieve so now its finally time to gain some weight (the good kind)

So first off any good supplements for a first time Supplement user? if you guys wanna know anything else feel free to ask!

so I guess you're 176 lbs and 3% body fat since you don't have any unnecessary fat?

it has to be visceral fat to be exact. 176 lb at 6'2 isn't too bad... but yeah im interested in your BF% as well...

Go to fitness world and act like ur serious bout signing up, they'll weigh u and calculate ur body fat

Just last year a 10lbs bag was $84.99, now its $97.99.

new PR's : 190 bench and 185 squat ;o i never worked my legs before (squats wise) so theyre lagging more then my chest but it's getting there :fullofwin:

I didn't take any before shirtless pics i dunno why but i found some of when i was up in the 90's and bathroom pics are current Still working on lower back so any good workouts shout em out! just been doing rack pulls Hope you can be respectful and any feedback will be great

Tried the rippetoe skulls crushers too, definitely feeling it in the tricept more than the regular skull crushers I was doing before.
