Just had one of my best shoulder days. I've been having my own personal problems, but when I'm at the gym, I just let it all out. Leave my problems at the door and just fucking lift.

any of you brahs have punching bags? try goin 10 minutes into your bag before you leave for the gym. you will have a way better work out. hitting something hard must release some man juice in your brain and get your mind pumped into that get shit done mode.

got bored of the same old post-workout whey shake, tried out a variation of a 'popeye shake'

100g spinach (pure guess for calculation sake, grabbed a handful)
1 scoop kaizen whey isolate (chocolate)
1 banana
1 cup milk
2 tbsp peanut butter

blend that shit up, taste freakin awesome

568 calories
18g of fat
56g of carbs
29g of sugar
54g of protein

Upped my DL PB to 355x1 tonight. Can't go any heavier without straps now :( Still, I'm satisfied with that having not DL'd or squatted in two weeks.

smashed back and shoulders today
came home, made tuna salad pita things from the food thread for lunch tomorrow, had protain shake, then decided my tuna things looked really tastey, but didnt want to eat my lunch, so i made the deep fried chicken things from the food thread as well with 2 chicken breasts

i dunno how you guys cutting can do it, i love food way to much
