got bored of the same old post-workout whey shake, tried out a variation of a 'popeye shake' 100g spinach (pure guess for calculation sake, grabbed a handful) 1 scoop kaizen whey isolate (chocolate) 1 banana 1 cup milk 2 tbsp peanut butter blend that shit up, taste freakin awesome 568 calories 18g of fat 56g of carbs 29g of sugar 54g of protein |
