^^ thats jay cutler its not hard to cut, i was 180 when i started and got close to 300. just like anything take your time do it right and be patient most people want to see results first day, it takes a while to see results, if your going to bulk just make sure you go hard, if u dont see your hawt abzzz anyone dont worry |
Whoa I could'nt even recognize him, he looks a lot better there damn 300.. any exercises in particular you would recommend while i'm bulking? my main exercises are DL's, dumbell presses, squats, weighted pullups/chinups, weighted dips,rows and military presses just added racked DL's today! anything else I should do? |

stupid question but, what should I do if I can't lift up the first rep without a spotter on my dumbell presses? I always have to use a spotter to do my first rep whenever I lift over 65s, but is there any way that I can do it myself? like any "cheats" to get up the first rep |
If you want to avoid fats, avoid all oil that seems like it can't be squeezed out of a vegetable. For instance, olives and nuts will release oil when you squeeze them. Sunflower seeds and soy beans do not. Also, if it comes from an animal, it's all good. That's the easiest way to tell good fat from bad. Can it be squeezed from a seed easily or cut off an animal?
