I was on SL 5x5 for about 18 weeks Bench - 205 Bar row - 185 overhead press 160 (does using ur legs mean cheating?) squats - 355 DL - 335 then I tore my effing rotator cuff and now i feel like poo trying to recover.... |
If you use your legs it's not an overhead press, it's a push press. Nothing wrong with that, as long as push press is what you're trying to do ;) Weight with push press will be much higher than a normal press |
