It's crazy how much being on the sauce makes a difference. I was pushing 120s for dumbells on incline, now I've dropped down to 105s on incline :( Oh well, Anavar for summer :) |
^ wrong thread mike :P |

^^^ not bad |
I guess its 1999 calories used for the upper body and 1 calorie for lower body :troll: jk... the guy's pretty shredded |
none of those calories went to his hairdo |
Any thoughts on what body fat percentage that guy is at. I would guess, 2-3%? |

Squat 220 kg - YouTube |
doesn't even look like him in the videos... in the video, the dude looks alot bulkier and less shredded... but if its actually him, im guessing he's probably around 7-9% BF... even though he does some cable and isometric exercises, alot of his videos seem to be of him doing heavy lifting, powerlifting even... just did some research on the guy though lol... he's jacked as hell, well-rounded too |
i think 5% is where the weird shit on the surface of your muscles under your skin really starts to stand out and looks gross like that guy. veins and striations are cool. texture looks gross. imo. |
Yup, to each their own of course, but to me it's kinda :heckno: |
Yay hit new dl pr. 335 x 1. Its the shoes i swear |
yeah exactly my point... in his videos he looks nothing like like he does in that picture.. i don't see the "weird texture" in his videos. I'm curious to know what actually causes this weird texture, anyone know? |

it is just not livable being at 4 percent body fat you feel like shit and have no energy yeah it looks bad ass and crazy and you can show what you have done and that is why body building shows are one day more or less from my own experience being at a really low body fat is hard if you are not doing a show or anything everyone say ohh yeah im cutting and dieting and blah blah, but most these people are just dieting down to 15-10 body fat percent. But everyone has there own look on things right ! |
Anything below 10-15% is "unnatural" and for the 2 million+ year history of this species, people like that would have died pretty quickly. |
With regards to holding your breath and the valsalva maneuver, how do you guys approach breathing for benching? For squats, ohp i usually take a breath in at the start and hold but it feels unnatural for benching |
I take a breath and focus on digging my scalpulae into the bench. But I can't bench anymore, since it seems to fuck up my wrists every time :okay: |
214 pounds today, scary |

Spoiler! arms shrinking and right delt is deflating... injury feels badman |
but how is it that bodybuilders can have such low BF% but yet so much mass? In terms of intensity or volume, it's really not that high... and to my understanding, they don't do alot of cardio as well.. Roids do make a difference, but unless it actually aids in the process of losing fat, i don't see how it could contribute to it.. |
