Could barely get 4 plates up today for my DLs, just felt off all morning. Ended it with some killer intervals and some medicine ball throws when I went at night. |
Our gym got an Olympic lifting pad, whatever you'd call it. To go along with the bumper plates, guess I'll be doing some cleaning and jerking :fuckyea: |

had a blood clot in the anterior of my right bicep....doc says no upper body workouts for a couple of days....possibility of going for an ultra sound if the swelling doesnt go away... |
