Best for triceps

You like it better than laying triceps extensions?

Summer Cutter Crew. where you at? whats your plans? goals?

My cut starts next week. plan is the same as what worked for me last year but starting a month earlier. last year I cut like 17lbs in about 6 weeks. simply having no cheat or junk meals, and cutting out breads and pasta which is essentially 2 slices of bread and 2 wraps, and half a plate of spaghetti per day. replacing the wraps with veggies and the pasta with wild rice and veggies. Ill see how that goes in the first month or 6 weeks and then look into turning up the heat. Goals are just to get to under "10% BF" with that being in quotation marks because i dont care about the number, just the 'look'. I lean out quickly everywhere, just gotta work on burning down the lower abs.

hal0g0dv2 04-29-2012 08:15 PM

come join the shredded side

RRxtar 04-29-2012 08:19 PM

I'm with you. Just did a month cycle of that and saw serious results. Going into the next month now, but still a ways from 10%bf - I'm still around 14-15 I think. I'm currently stuck on the lower abs too

Some of the meals I have been posting might help. Replace the calories you lose from the carbs with fat, and you'll be a shredded Kent in no time

I have a good sugar free bbq sauce I'll post later. As long as you're not irrationally afraid of artificial sweeteners, you'll love it :)

instantneedles 04-29-2012 10:07 PM

halo, without a fuckin doubt, your back and triceps are big and shredded... but how's your chest and legs?

RacingMetro92 04-29-2012 10:21 PM

Joining the Cutter Crew as well. Basically starting from a fresh slate, going to slowly phase out bad carbs for now because I need a place to start. Just finished a season of rugby at SFU out of shape and overweight.

Plan is to cut 20 pounds or possibly even more because I'm at a really bad 255 and I'm just tired of being fucking fat and I'm tired of being the heaviest fat kid on the team.

Try doing deadlift with resets on every rep. A little harder, but much safer and no cheating (no dropping the weight and using its bounce to get the second rep).

And kevin, stick to one thing and keep doing it and you'll see results. I've talked to you about cross fit, 5x5, and bb-ing routines in the past month :p

just wondering because I'm trying to get gf to workout and those things are more appealing to gf than telling her to bench squat deadlift

Try to explain to your girlfriend that squats make your ass sag less when you get older, and incline bench makes your boobs sag less when you're older. Also, gaining muscle mass makes you able to eat more without putting on pounds of fat on your belly. Also explain that deadlifts, when done properly, can prevent lower back injuries by strengthening it, and overhead press is a core workout like none other when you go start going heavy, as is the squat.

Also that the average woman doesn't turn into muscle bound Linda McGiantclit overnight by doing a few exercises, that's the result of years of testosterone! I'm trying to get GF into lifting too, feel your pain bra.

I realized today that I'm getting bored of working out. I'm continuing to see good strength gains but I'm now LOSING weight. I can't eat any more, I feel like shit all day I'm so bloated. May have reached maximum genetic potential in terms of bulk, body simply won't put on any more. feelbadman.jpg :okay:

If I could buy a Cannondale I would at this point. Stuck at 200lbs forever.

SkinnyPupp 04-30-2012 12:31 AM

Man, having a huge meal feels so good. I swear I can feel my pancreas releasing its insulin, which is pushing all the nutrients into my cells :sweetjesus:

Just ate half a bowl of vermicelli with probably 1 lb worth of chicken and pork :sweetjesus:

Hahaha Fuck man I know exactly where your coming from. You get to a point where you are eating as much as you possibly can within your reasonable schedule and abilities and your body is at a stagnant point where it's consuming all the calories but not growing anymore. My point is around where I'm at now 200-205lbs and I'm guessing your the same as me. This is where I usually stick myself to get that extra 20lbs. That's just temporary though (although I've never kept working out past that point for long due to various life circumstances)

It's a mind fuck for sure.

Berz out.

Don't give up man, there's always room for improvement, always... You might not get bigger dramatically, but you will still make gains because your body will have to adapt to its needs when you continually push your body with lifting

Yeah I'll see you at the gym tonight J. Arm (ego-lift) day :fuckthatshit:

Berzerker 04-30-2012 12:03 PM

Wow I've been fucking killing it at the gym lately. This by far the biggest I've ever been natty and I would dare say the strongest I've ever been all round. (I've had bigger bench and shoulder press on the juice) I feel like I've gotten past the "That guy looks in shape" physique and am starting to get into the "That guys big" physique. Upper chest work is really paying off on the upper body fullness. I'll try and get a couple pics later in the week. Still hovering around the 205 mark (have been for awhile) at I would say 12-14%

Enjoy your cuts phaggots I'm not stopping bulk mode until I hit 220. I hope to be 215-220 by RS summer meet.

Berz out.
