yeah, when i do shrugs, especially shrugs with dumbbells i feel like its working more of my back than my traps

Overhead shrugs are supposed to be good too, but I never quite got the hang of those

I've gotten a sharp wrist pain when i move my wrist or bend it a little with something heavy in my hand, its been 3 days and its gotten worse. the pain is on the side of my wrist below the pinky.

anyone experience this if so Adviceee!

First day lifting since straining my back. Had a decent chest workout followed by various grip pullups. Didn't go hard or anything but it felt good to be back @ the gym. Lower back is still a light tight.

Week 1 of mini smolov for bench and squat. I backed my 1RM off 15% just to be conservative and jesus.. the 10x3 already sucks. 2 more weeks to go...

I'll take a hit. Leaning out for the summer. Just finished Phase 1 (4 weeks) - Shoulders of the I, Bodybuilder. Definitely feel and see the gains.
