The gym has become second nature, it's part of my routine as much as shitting, eating and grooming is. I feel at home at the gym, know mostly everyone there. Arnold was always right, getting that pump is almost as good as sex, the euphoric feeling you get, the confidence, it's like nothing else in the world. Fuck reading these posts I've already hit the gym at lunch, I wanna go again tonight now LOL. |

I workout on zero carbs every time, building new PRs each week almost. It's fine as long as you don't go forever :) If the workout is too long, you'll get really dizzy until you get some sugar in you. |

Damn, crazy times. Was dead tired going to the gym today - and surprisingly, repped out 1 at 135 for overhead press, after my 5x4 of 115lbs. Just one of those days where you feel it - that you can crush things. |
dirty bulked 15lbs too fast couple months ago and got kinda chubs weight didnt change but starting to see outline of bottom abs and got a more vascular pump then usual today doing chest n tris (': @skinny, I.F is useful for people who want to get from lean (10%) to ripped (around 6%) correct? would taking creatine not make you look as ripped or does it depend on the person and their water retention?
