checking in new PRs incline DB presses 100 lbs 5 * 5 flat bench DB presses 110 6 * 6 deadlifts 2 sets * 4 reps at 4 plates (had 5 reps but form was shitty so i am not counting it) 3 max total is still around 1060lbs squats are my weakest at the moment because of my bad knees, mofos click when i squat back up to 180 lbs eating a whole lot more but also doing cardio every other day (swim and bike) haven't taken any supplements in a year (all nutrients and protein from food) - but i am ordering some for april-may (bulk before summer cut :D ) |

Halo I did a bunch of Cleans and some of those Wide Grip cleans from the hips... Wow traps are feeling it today. Followed by OH Presses with shrugs at the top. Was a good change of routine. Gonna be doing more of that for sure. Berz out. |

I stoPped doing those tricep excercises a year ago. When resting the weight on my shoulder bringing it up, it would blow a ton of blood vessels. Unforunate too as it's a good exercise. Posted via RS Mobile |
i need a good trap exercise using a lat pull down machine.. does pulling it down with your arms on a 45 as if you're doing a chin up work the traps? |

Damn, haven't squatted heavy in 2 weeks, and surprisingly got an extra rep on my 1RM (315x2)! Super happy about that, plus did high volume leg press with a triple drop set. Fell down 4 steps of stairs leaving the gym. :fuckthatshit: Also did some biceps today. Reminded myself why I stopped doing 21s. :heckno: :megusta: |

Squats were tough after the 3 week layoff. Had to bail on the crash bars on my 5th set, not even a lot of weight :okay: But everything else went well. So sore man :megusta: |

Nose bleeds? What are you taking for your cut? I heard about clen causing that (and other problems with blood pressure) but I think ECA can cause it too, depending on dosage I'd go to a doctor, it could be something to worry about, depending on what you are taking |
