Spotted 2 civic siRs today at brentwood fitnessworld. One of them had a revscene decal on their side and their rear view mirror has all these labels on them. Also a 05-06 black type-s was there as well. Who be working out ! :alonehappy: |

I angle my feet forward and backward to work the chest and tri depending on what one is more fatigued at that time to make sure I kill em both good. I do all this in 50 minutes. No fucking around. Been slacking on my diet and indulging in bad foods in the past 2-3 weeks and it shows. Pretty choked at myself. Started my 3rd cycle of the EC stack since January. Goal is to lose 10 lbs of this stomach flab by June. |

I've got the same problem. On clen too.. Lately I have a good solid 5 days of good diet during the week, and on the weekend I give in to ice cream. Its a shame. I workout 5 times a week, good diet, and all ruined in 2 days at the end of the week. How often does everyone else binge? |
