Since a lot of people are posting progress I thought I would jump on the bandwagon. Below is 5 months between pics. Age 32, 6'0", lifting for 2 yrs. I am nowhere near as ripped or big as a lot of you guys but I am making slow progress. Dec 2011 I was about 192 lbs and in May 2012 I am 181lbs. Leaned down a lot after doing GOMAD. I lift 3x per week and do distance running 3x per week (one day of gym + run) Ran 10k race last weekend and doing 1/2 marathon May 13th 2012. I eat well 90% of the time (clean protein, veggies, slow carbs) Current lifts are squat: 3x5 245lbs, dl 1x5 315lbs, bench 3x5 195lbs http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...25mosfront.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...125mosback.jpg |

Do you any of you guys do skullcrushers? As long as your elbows are locked in place and your using your tri and not turning it into a pullover both are correct. Berz out. |
i dont have my head hanging off the bench. but i lower the weight not to my forehead but to behind (above?) my head. so its sort of a mix of both. |
