fuck brahs, im in vacation in bolivia visitng my rents and i can tell ima get fat, fuuuuuu lol and havent hit the gym in like a week!! i told one of my cousins here tho to take me gym so hopefully i can at least get 2 workout days a week :okay:

craze took that shit and hit new pr's on incline db press flat db press and triceps exercises...

Feels unnatural. like im cheating or some shit, lasted through out my whole workout and for another hour when i was home:suspicious:

you don't always need gym equipment to stay in shape... Calisthenics is where its at..

i care about cheating on myself by eating a large pizza in one sitting followed by dunking an oh henry bar in a wendys frosty and brb....







lettuce be reality tho. ive got like a handfull of years in my prime left, and god damnit if the moral police on the internet with their 6 months of training experience are going to tell me after years of work in the gym i cant do a little helper to get me to where i want to be before my prime time runs out.

im gonna get on dat der bicycle time next winter for sure.

was being a sad kunt today, but started being a sick kunt instead. solid deadlift workout tonight - 135x6, 205x5, 225x5, 245x4.5(couldn't lock the last one) and 275x1.

anyone else get old man pain in their lower back after deadlifting? My form was good today (did 225x5, 275x5, 315x1, 335x1, 355x1, 365x1 ... was going for 405) but by my last pull which was 365x1 my lower back was bugging the shit out of me. I know I had a lot left in me but I backed off to avoid getting hurt. The fuck? Time to buy a belt? My form was fine I don't know wtfs going on

I feel fine now, but in the moment it was such a bitch to even take the plates off the bar

It's possible that your lower back is the weakest point, and the weight is too much for it at this time
